Valley’s Seattle Branch offers over 6000 sq. ft. of warehouse space dedicated exclusively to the EMD product line. Located in Ballard, Washington and opened in 2008, our Seattle location has become a key part of our local support network for the greater Northwest area, including Alaska.

The Seattle Branch is home base for several of our Service Technicians, our Service Management group, and Engineering / Integration support personnel. In addition the branch is staffed with knowledgeable, local parts specialists, all working together to support our customers in a professional and personal manner.

We currently stock over $250,000 of Genuine EMD new and UTEX parts and offer daily parts delivery to all our local customers and all Seattle-based freight forwarders for shipments heading to Alaska. We commonly dispatch our technicians around the world in support of engines in applications such as: tow boats, ATB’s, military vessels, fishing vessels, passenger vessels, emergency generator sets, prime power plants and black-start generators..

Our staff is well versed at providing support for our customers in a myriad of applications under extreme conditions, and we strive to deliver our services ahead of schedule and under budget. In short, we realize there are many variables needing solutions every day, and Valley is well poised to support our EMD customer base by utilizing our expertise to maintain and repair their EMD equipment.
